Nika Hudej graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 2009. In 2011, she passed the state legal examination. From 2012 to 2017 she was employed as a senior legal advisor at the administrative and civil law division of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia. In 2015, she completed internship at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxemburg. In September 2017, she was appointed legal advisor of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia primarily working in the field of tax and administrative law. She is also a Higher Education Assistant at the Faculty of Government and European studies where she assists in lecturing on the Substantive Tax Law, Procedural Tax Law and Administrative Procedure Law. She is the author of several scientific and expert legal papers and co-author of the Commentary on the General Administrative Procedure Act, published in 2020.
