Eva Jambrek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Work. She is currently a faculty member in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Department at European Faculty of Law, New University and a PhD student at the same Faculty (thesis: Participation of Children in Family Law Disputes in the Republic of Slovenia –  Theoretical, Normative and Applied Aspects). Her research interests include child friendly justice and child participaciton in family law disputes. Eva Jambrek is also a family mediator at Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities and a children’s rights advocate at the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Slovenia.
