doc. dr. Lidija Kodrin
Lidija Kodrin ima več kot dvajsetletne izkušnje s področja trženja storitev, predvsem izobraževalnih storitev. S področja marketing managementa je leta 2007 doktorirala na Ekonomski fakulteti v Ljubljani. Zaposlena je na II. gimnaziji v Mariboru, kjer v programu International Baccalaureate poučuje predmet Economics. Od leta 2022 je delno zaposlena na MLC Fakulteti za management in pravo Ljubljana kot nosilka predmetov Marketing (dodiplomski študij) in Trženje storitev (magistrski študij). Vrsto let kot docentka za področje marketing managementa sodeluje na dodiplomskem in magistrskem študiju s Fakulteto za komercialne in poslovne vede Celje in Visoko šolo za poslovne vede Ljubljana. Kot strokovna sodelavka sodeluje z Zavodom za šolstvo, Državnim izpitnim centrom in International Baccalaureate Organization. Je avtorica strokovnih in znanstvenih člankov, prispevkov na konferencah, monografij in učbenikov ter mentorica pri več kot štiristo diplomskih in magistrskih delih.
Raziskuje na področju trženja, predvsem trženja storitev in kakovosti storitev profitnih in neprofitnih organizacij.
Lidija Kodrin has more than 20 years of experience in services marketing, especially educational services. She received her PhD in marketing management from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana in 2007. She is employed at II. gimnazija Maribor, where she teaches Economics in the International Baccalaureate programme. Since 2022, she has been partly employed at the MLC Management and Law College Ljubljana as a lecturer in Marketing (undergraduate studies) and Services Marketing (Master’s). For many years, she has been working as an assistant professor of Marketing Management at the undergraduate and Master’s level with the Faculty of Commercial and Business Sciences in Celje and the Ljubljana School of Business Studies. She is the author of professional, and scientific articles, conference papers, monographs, and textbooks, and a tutor for more than four hundred bachelor and master theses.
Her research is in marketing, especially marketing services and service quality in profit and non-profit organisations.
