1. Introduction to the subject (the basic operating principles of the modern security environment and definition of basic concepts);
2. Security as a social phenomenon and value;
3. Historical context geostrategic and political changes in the global security environment;
4. Problems and security dilemmas in the concept of security;
5.Risk management in relation to probability theory;
6. Safety interdependence of national and international security;
7. Determining vulnerability of the international security environment (threats and vulnerability of democratic, political, business and other processes);
8. Systematic approach to security;
9. Modern security theory;

12. Security system concept;
13. Civil security and civil-military relations;
